Welcome to EasyLRC. I'm a solo developer building this tool, and I respect your privacy as much as I value my own. This privacy policy serves to inform you as to how we look after your personal data.

- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
- We do not use your uploads or data to train AI models.
- Your content belongs to you. We only process it to provide the service you asked for.
🇪🇺 2. Data Storage & Infrastructure
Your data is stored on European servers and handled responsibly.
Core Infrastructure: My primary database and file storage systems are all hosted on servers located in the European Union. This means your files and account data rest safely in Europe.
To deliver transcription features, we use carefully selected third-party AI service providers acting as data processors.
We configure these services to disable data retention and to prevent the use of user content for model training wherever supported by the provider.
In short: I host everything I control in Europe, but I use top-tier global AI services to give you the best results.
3. Data Retention Policy
We practice strict data minimization. We do not store your files longer than necessary to provide our service. Our automatic deletion schedule is as follows:
- Free Plan Users: Audio files, generated LRC files, and metadata are automatically deleted from our servers 1 day (24 hours) after creation.
- Paid Plan Users (Creator & Professional): Audio files, generated LRC files, and metadata are retained for 30 days to allow you to return and edit your work, after which they are automatically deleted.
4. Offline Mode Privacy
EasyLRC offers a "Bring Your Own" offline mode. When analyzing local files using this feature, all processing happens directly within your web browser. No audio files or lyrics are uploaded to our servers when using the offline editor mode.
5. Information We Collect
To provide our services, we may collect:
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our website (e.g., page views, features used).
- Uploaded Content: Audio files and text lyrics you upload for synchronization.
- Account Information: If you register, we collect your email address and authentication details.

Under applicable data protection laws, you have rights including but not limited to:
- The right to access your personal data.
- The right to correction of your personal data.
- The right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten").
